Abstract: Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menjelaskan terdapat pengaruh antara keteladanan pimpinan dengan semangat kerja pegawai. Hal ini berarti hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan keteladanan pimpinan amat sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi pemerintahan dimana dengan adanya keteladanan pimpinan tersebut akan dapat memberikan contoh yang baik bagi pegawainya, sehingga dengan demikian keteladanan pimpinan telah berjalan dengan baik. Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara koordinasi kerja dengan semangat kerja pegawai. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan koordinasi kerja seperti alur pekerjaan, level dan jenis pekerjaan, pendelegasian wewenang tidak berjalan secara baik. Meskipun melalui uji f dan determinasi keteladanan pimpinan dan koordinasi kerja memiliki pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap semangat kerja pegawai tetapi pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap semangat kerja pegawai adalah dari bidang keteladanan pimpinan. Artinya keteladanan pimpinan memberikan bentuk yang nyata dalam pelaksanaan peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai, dimana dengan keteladanan pimpinan maka pimpinan dapat membentuk pola dan perilaku pegawai dalam pelaksanaan tugas-tugasnya. Sedangkan koordinasi kerja kurang memberikan pengaruh karena koordinasi kerja lebih terfokus pada tugas-tugas intern yang dibebankan kepada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Exemplary leadership and coordination of work are two independent variables that will be examined in relation to the morale of employees at the Financial Management and Asset Agency of the Province of North Sumatra. Subject exemplary leadership and coordination of work submitted as research review because the sector will be obtained the effectiveness of employee morale. The problem posed is how the influence of exemplary leadership on employee morale, how the influence of work coordination on employee morale and how the influence of exemplary leadership and coordination of work together to employee morale in the Regional Financial Management and Asset Agency of North Sumatra Province. Starting from the title above then conducted a correlational research to determine the influence of exemplary leadership and coordination of work on employee morale in the Financial Management and Asset Agency of North Sumatra Province. The results of research and discussion explain there is influence between exemplary leadership with employee morale. This means that things related to leadership exemplary very important in a government organization where the exemplary leadership will be able to provide good examples for employees, so that exemplary leadership has gone well. There is no influence between work coordination and employee morale. This explains that matters related to work coordination such as work flow, level and type of work, delegation of authority are not working properly. Although through f test and determination exemplary leadership and coordination of work have a mutual influence on employee morale but greater influence on employee morale is from the field of leadership exemplars. This means exemplary leadership provides a tangible form in the implementation of employee morale increase, where with exemplary leadership then the leadership can shape the pattern and behavior of employees in the implementation of tasks. While the coordination of work is less influential because work coordination is more focused on the internal tasks assigned to the Financial Management and Asset Agency of the Province of North Sumatra.
