dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan ada pengaruh antara Evaluasi Kinerja dan Reward Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada P.T Suzuki Finance Indonesia Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia. Data penelitian bersumber yang layak dari data primer dan proses pengumpulan data menggunakan interview atau wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh sekaligus menjadi kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah secara parsial variabel Variabel evaluasi kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerjakaryawan dengan nilai variable evaluasi kinerja nilai thitung> ttabel (2,278> 1,847) danuntuk reward diperoleh thitung> ttabel (7,229> 1,847).Dan Secara simultan variabel evaluasi kinerja dan reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyaawan dengan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (33,410> 3,27). Dan berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi 57,2%. Kinerja karyawan (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel faktorevaluasi kinerja dan reward. Sisanya sebesar 42,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This study aims to determine and explain the effect of performance evaluation and rewards on employee performance at PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia. The population in this study were employees at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia. The research data is sourced properly from primary data and the data collection process uses interviews or interviews. The research results obtained at the same time become the conclusion of this study is that partially the variable performance evaluation variable has a significant effect on employee performance variables with the performance evaluation variable value tcount> ttable (2.278> 1.847) and for rewards obtained tcount> ttable (7.229> 1.847). And simultaneously Performance evaluation and reward variables have an effect on employee performance with the value of Fcount> Ftable (33.410> 3.27). And based on the calculation of the determination coefficient of 57.2%. Employee performance (the dependent variable) can be explained by the variables of performance evaluation and reward factors. The remaining 42.8% is influenced by other factors that are not explained in this study.en_US
