Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Ada hubungan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan, dengan asumsi semakin baik iklim organisasi suatu perusahaan, maka semakin baik pula produktivitas kerjanya, demikian sebaliknya. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 62 karyawan pemanen buah sawit di PTPPN III Dusun Hulu. Teknik pengambilan sample adalah proposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi product moment, dimana berdasarkan analisis diperoeh hasil sebagai berikut: 1). Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0.428 ; p = 0.000 berarti p < 0,050, yang artinya bahwa semakin positif iklim organisasi maka semakin tinggi produktivitas kerja karyawan dalam bekerja. 2). Iklim organisasi menyumbang atau mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja sebesar 18,3 %, dengan demikian terdapat 81,7 % faktor lain seperti tingkat pendidikan, keterampilan, disiplin, sikap dan etika kerja, motivasi, gizi dan kesehatan, tingkat penghasilan, jaminan sosial, lingkungan kerja, teknologi, sarana produksi, manajemen dan prestasi. 3). Iklim organisasi karyawan PTPN III Dusun Hulu positif, karena mean hipotetik = 127.00 lebih kecil dari pada nilai rata-rata mean empiriknya = 157.726, demekian juga dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan PTPN III Dusun Hulu dinyatakan tergolong tinggi karna mean hipotetik = 324.400 lebih kecil dari pada nilai rata-rata mean empiriknya =416.541. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada karyawan PTPNIII Dusun Hulu, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and employee work productivity. The hypothesis in this study is: There is a positive relationship between organizational climate and employee work productivity, assuming that the better the organizational climate of a company, the better its work productivity, and vice versa. The subjects of this study were 62 employees of palm fruit harvesters at PTPPN III Dusun Hulu. The sampling technique is proposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is the product moment correlation, which is based on the analysis, the following results are obtained: 1). There is a significant positive relationship between organizational climate and employee work productivity with a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.428; p = 0.000 means p <0.050, which means that the more positive the organizational climate, the higher the work productivity of employees at work. 2). Organizational climate contributes to or affects work productivity by 18.3%, thus there are 81.7% other factors such as education level, skills, discipline, attitudes and work ethics, motivation, nutrition and health, income level, social security, work environment, technology, production facilities, management and achievements. 3). The organizational climate of PTPN III Dusun Hulu employees is positive, because the hypothetical mean = 127.00 is smaller than the empirical mean = 157,726, thus the work productivity of PTPN III Dusun Hulu employees is classified as high because the hypothetical mean = 324,400 is smaller than the value. the mean empirical mean = 416,541. Based on the results of research conducted on employees of PTPN III Dusun Hulu, the proposed hypothesis is accepted. |
