Abstract

Ini merupakan kelanjutan dari pengembangan atau modifikasi pengujian peralatan di Laboratorium Teknik Kinerja Jurusan Teknik Mesin Universitas Medan Area. Pengembangan yang dilakukan disini adalah melanjutkan penelitian boiler Marcet, dimana alat tersebut digunakan untuk mengukur perbandingan antara tempratur dan tekanan. Dengan berkembangnya alat-alat tersebut diharapkan siswa dapat membuktikan kebenaran dari tabel uap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kekuatan konstruksi boiler Marcet. Dari hasil pengujian konstruksi boiler Marcet diharapkan aman dalam pemakaian, sehingga tidak terjadi kecelakaan. This a continuation of the development or modification of equipment testing at the Laboratory Performance Engineering Department of Mechanical Engineering University of Medan Area.
