dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah komunikasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Kantor Wilayah V Medan. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dimana peneliti mengukuran antara variabel X dan variabel Y, data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 10 item kepada 90 responden yang merupakan karyawan pada PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Kantor Wilayah V Medan. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh Nilai sig. untuk kuesioner variabel komunikasi 0,006 < α = 0,05. Dengan demikian maka komunikasi (X) signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan (Y). Nilai R.Square (koefesien determinasi) adalah sebesar 0,082. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 8,2% kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Kantor Wilayah V Medan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel komunikasi. Sisanya sebesar 81,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The purpose of this study is to determine whether communication has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Regional Office V Medan. The research method is quantitative research, where the researcher measures the X variable and the Y variable, the data collected in this study is the result of distributing 10 items of questionnaires to 90 respondents who are employees at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Regional Office V Medan. From the research results, the value of sig. for the communication variable questionnaire 0.006 <α = 0.05. Thus, communication (X) significantly affects employee performance (Y). The value of R. Square (coefficient of determination) is 0.082. This figure shows that as much as 8.2% of employee performance at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Regional Office V Medan can be explained by communication variables. The remaining 81.8% is influenced by other factors that are not explained in this study. | en_US |
