dc.description.abstract | Sumber daya manusia merupakan sumber modal utama yang terpenting dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, mereka perlu dikoordinir dan dikembangkan sedemikian rupa, untuk dapat beraktivitas seefisien dan seefektif mungkin. Didasari akan hal tersebut, maka pemberian motivasi semakin penting fungsinya guna mengatasi dan memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia tersebut sehingga dengan keahliannya pimpinan tersebut dapat memotivasi, menggerakkan dan mengembangkan karyawan secara baik dan terorganisir untuk mencapaitingkat produktivitas yang tinggi sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian dalam penulisan ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Orion Mukti Lestari, Medan, yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran sebenarnya mengenai kegiatan operasional pada perusahaan tersebut, serta untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemberian motivasi dapat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan tersebut. Human resources are the most important source of capital in determining the success of a company. Therefore, they need to be coordinated and developed in such a way, to be able to move as efficiently and effectively as possible. Based on this, motivation is increasingly important in its function to overcome and utilize human resources so that with their expertise the leader can motivate, mobilize and develop employees properly and organized to achieve high levels of productivity in accordance with company goals. The research in this writing was carried out at PT. Orion Mukti Lestari, Medan, which is to get a true picture of the company's operational activities, and to find out the extent to which motivation can affect the work productivity of these employees. | en_US |
