dc.description | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil aklimatisasi pertumbuhan tanaman anggrek Phalaenopsis amabilis yang berasal dari kultur jaringan pada media arang kayu, pakis, sabut kelapa. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Non Faktorial yang terdiri dari 7 (tujuh) taraf perlakuan yaitu : P1 : arang kayu 100%, P2 : pakis 100%, P3 : sabut kelapa 100%, P4 : arang kayu : pakis 50% : 50%, P5 : arang kayu : sabut kelapa 50% : 50%, P6 : pakis : sabut kelapa 50% : 50%, P7 : arang kayu : pakis : sabut kelapa 33,3% : 33,3% : 33,3% dan diulang sebanyak 4 (empat) kali. Parameter yang diamati adalah persentase tumbuh, pertambahan tinggi tanaman, pertambahan jumlah daun, panjang akar, pengukuran warna daun. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan menunjukan bahwa Semua media tumbuh arang kayu, pakis, dan sabut kelapa dapat mendukung pertumbuhan anggrek Phalaenopsis amabilis dengan baik.Pemberian berbagai media tumbuh pada aklimatisasi anggrek kultur jaringan menunjukkan persentase hidup yaitu 99,28%. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to know the result of acclimation acclimatization of Phalaenopsis amabilis orchid plant originating from tissue culture on wood charcoal, fern, coco fiber. The design used in this research is Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Non Factorial consisting of 7 (seven) treatment levels: P1: 100% wood charcoal, P2: 100% fern, P3: 100% coconut husk, P4: wood charcoal : 50% fern: 50%, P5: wood charcoal: coconut fiber 50%: 50%, P6: fern: 50% coconut coir: 50%, P7: wood charcoal: fern: coconut husk 33,3%: 33,3 %: 33.3% and repeated 4 (four) times. Parameters observed were percentage of growth, plant height increase, number of leaves, root length, leaf color measurement. From the results of research conducted showed that all the growing media charcoal wood, ferns, and coconut husk can support the growth of Phalaenopsis amabilis orchid properly. Giving various media grow on acclimatization of orchid tissue culture show percentage of life that is 99,28%. | en_US |
