| Abstract: | penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megnetahui hubungan antara perilaku calon pemimpin dengan pengambilan keputusan terhadap pemilihan kepada desa periode 2015 pada masyarakat desa medan estate. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyrakata desa medan estate yang bertempat tinggal di dusun xii yang tedaftar dalam dpt tahun 2013 dengan jumlah 490 orang. This study aims to determine the relationship between the behavior of prospective leaders and decision making on village elections for the 2015 period in the Medan Estate village community. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study is the Medan Estate Village community residing in Dusun xii which was registered in 2013 with a total of 490 people. |
