dc.description.abstract | Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi yang kami lakukan di kantor terjadi beberapa permasalahan yang dapat dilihat dari data kuisioner yang kami berikan serta wawancara yang kami lakukan dengan beberapa pegawai. Fenomena yang sering sekali terjadi adalah bahwa para pegawai setelah melakukan absen pagi tidak langsung masuk keruangan tempat ia bekerja. melainkan pergi dan kembali lagi saat istirahat bahkan ada yang kembali saat akan melakukan absen pulang hal ini terjadi karena tidak adanya punishment tindak lanjut dari kantor tsb. Based on the results of interviews and observations that we did in the office, there were several problems that could be seen from the questionnaire data that we provided and the interviews we conducted with several employees. A phenomenon that often occurs is that the employees after taking a morning absence do not immediately enter the room where they work. instead they go and come back during breaks and some even come back when they are going to be absent from home. This happens because there is no follow-up punishment from the office. | en_US |
