Abstract: | Chinese cabbage plant is one of the vegetable plants that is very easy to grow both in cold and hot areas, a factor that causes stress for a plant. Inhibition of growth is caused by various chemical factors and their interactions. Continuous application of Lysin and Thiamine showed better results, such as increased plant height growth, number of leaves and crop yield. The study was compiled using a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with 2 (two) treatment factors: Lysin concentration was applied at the age of 2 weeks after planting at intervals of once a week until the age of 5 MST, so that the application of Lysin HCl was 4 times of application (2, 3, 4 and 5 MST and Thiamine Concentration (B1) were applied at the age of 2 weeks after planting at intervals of every 3 days until the age of 5 MST for 8 applications (14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32 and 35 HST Thus obtained treatment combinations as many as 16. Conclusion Lysine administration had no significant effect on growth and production of Chinese cabbage plants, while giving thiamine had a very significant effect on plant height, had a significant effect on the percentage of plants grown, biomass weight per sample plant, fresh weight per plant. plant samples and selling fresh weight per plot and the interaction between lysine and thiamine administration had no significant effect on growth and production i plant petsai. Tanaman petsai merupakan salah satu tanaman sayur yang sangat mudah dikembangkan baik pada daerah dingin maupun panas, Factor yang menyebabkan sebuah tanaman stress. Penghambatan pertumbuhan diakibatkan oleh berbagai faktor kimiawi dan interaksinya. Pemberian Lysin dan Tiamin secara kontinu menunjukkan lebih baik, seperti meningkatnya pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan hasil tanaman. Penelitian disusun dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan 2 (dua) faktor perlakuan, :Konsentrasi Lysin diaplikasi pada umur 2 minggu setelah tanam dengan interval seminggu sekali sampai pada umur 5 MST, sehingga aplikasi Lysin HCl sebanyak 4 kali aplikasi (2, 3, 4 dan 5 MST dan Konsentrasi Tiamin (B1) diaplikasi pada umur 2 minggu setelah tanam dengan interval setiap 3 hari sekali sampai pada umur 5 MST sebanyak 8 kali aplikasi (14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32 dan 35 HST Dengan demikian diperoleh kombinasi perlakuan sebanyak 16 kombinasi. Kesimpulan Pemberian Lysin berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman petsai. Sedangkan pemberian Tiamin berpengaruh sangat nyata pada tinggi tanaman, berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase tanaman tumbuh, bobot biomassa per tanaman sampel, bobot segar jual per tanaman sampel dan bobot segar jual per plot dan interaksi antara pemberian Lysin dan Tiamin berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman petsai. |
