dc.description.abstract | PT. Karya Murni Perkasa Merupakan badan usaha yang bergerak di bagian konstruksi pembangunan fasilitas daerah seperti pembangunan jembatan irigasi dan jalan raya. Upaya pengadaan tenaga kerja di PT. karya murni perkasa memberikan penilaian seleksi calon karyawan masih di lakukan dengan carta terutl8isw atau manual sehignga data yang di peroleh sering kali tidak tetap dan sering terjadi kesalahan dalam oengolahan data seleksi. Oleh sebab itu, akan sangat di perlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengolah data seleksi sehingga karyawan yang diterima sesuai dengan kriteria perusahaan.Dalam peneltian ini penulis akan memakai metode SAW untuk penerimaan karyawan kali ini sehingga dapat ditentukan nilai dan bobot yang di inginkan sebagai alat seleksi nantinya, dilanjutkan dengan peroses perangkingan sampai di nyatakan di terima sebagai karyawan baru. PT. Karya Murni Perkasa Is a business entity engaged in the construction of regional facilities such as the construction of irrigation bridges and roads. Efforts to procure manpower at PT. Karya Pure Perkasa provides an assessment of the selection of prospective employees is still done with a regular chart or manual so that the data obtained is often not fixed and errors often occur in processing the selection data.
