This study aims to determine the effect of application time and atonik (synthethic auxin) concentration on the growth and production of white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus). The design used was a factorial completely randomized design consisting of two factors, namely: 1) time of atonik application with 4 treatment levels, namely : A0 (application at the time after inoculation), A1 (application 7 days after inoculation), A2 (application 14 days after inoculation), A3 (application 21 days after inoculation); and 2) atonik concentrations with 4 treatment levels, namely: K0 (40 ml aquadest), K1 (atonik 250 ppm), K2 (atonik 500 ppm), K3 (atonik 750 ppm); with 2 repetitions. The results showed that the effect of the combination of treatment factors on application time and atonik concentration had no significant effect on the growth of mycelium covering the substrate, age at emergence of fruiting bodies, number of fruit bodies, diameter of caps, length of stalks, and harvest wet weight. While the length of time required for the mycelium to cover the baglog was different in several treatments. The fastest duration of mycelium to cover the entire baglog were in the treatment of A3K3 (30.5 days after inoculation), A0K3, A1K2, and A2K3 (each 31 days after inoculation), while the longest was in the A0K0 and A2K0 treatments (34.5 days after inoculation, respectively) and A3K0 (35.5 days after inoculation).
