dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan produksi kacang tanah dengan pemberian POC limbah udang dan fungi mikoriza arbuskular, Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lahan Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area, Jalan Kolam No. 1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dengan ketinggian tempat 22 mdpl, topografi datar dan jenis tanah alluvial. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2019 sampai Februari 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial, dengan 2 (dua) faktor perlakuan, yakni : 1) Faktor perlakuan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) Limbah Udang (P) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu : P0 = 0 ml/ liter air POC limbah udang / plot 1,2 m2 (kontrol); P1 = 10 ml/liter air POC limbah udang / plot 1,2 m2; P2 = 20 ml/liter air POC limbah udang / plot 1,2 m2; P3 = 30 ml/liter air POC limbah udang / plot 1,2 m2; 2) Faktor perlakuan pemberian fungi mikoriza arbuskular (K) dengan 4 taraf, yaitu: K0 = 0 g/plot 1,2 m2(kontrol); K1 = 10 g/plot 1,2 m2; K2 = 25 g/plot 1,2 m2; K3 = 40 g/plot 1,2 m2, masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 2 (dua) kali sehingga terdapat 32 plot percobaan. Setiap plot percobaan terdiri dari 9 tanaman dengan 4 tanaman sampel. Parameter yang diamati yaitu : tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, hari berbunga, bobot kering tanaman sampel, bobot kering tanaman per plot, kolonisasi FMA. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1) Pemberian POC limbah udang tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah cabang dan hari berbunga, tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, bobot polong kering tanaman sampel dan bobot polong kering tanaman perplot; 2) Pemberian fungi mikoriza arbuskular tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah cabang dan hari berbunga, tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, bobot polong kering tanaman sampel dan bobot polong kering tanaman perplot; 3) Perlakuan kombinasi antara POC limbah udang dan fungi mikoriza arbuskular tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, hari berbunga, bobot polong kering tanaman sampel dan bobot polong kering tanaman perplot. The study alms to know the growth and production peanut plants with the distribution of liquid organic fertilizer Lobster Waste and Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular, The study is conducted on experimental land agriculture facuity, university of medan area, kolam street no.1 medan estate, percut sei tuan district with the height of 22 m above sea level and flat topography and alluvial soil types. The research carried out from November 2019 to February 2020. The method used in this study is a random group factorial, with 2 (two) treats, namely: 1) treatment of liquid organic fertilizer lobster waste (P) consist of 4 levels, which is: P0 = 0 ml / liter of water liquid organic fertilizer lobster waste/ plot 1,2 m2( control) P1 = 10 ml / liter of water liquid organic fertilizer lobster waste/ plot 1,2 m2 P2 = 20 ml / liter of water liquid organic fertilizer lobster waste/ plot 1,2 m2P3 = 30 ml / liter of water liquid organic fertilizer lobster waste/ plot 1,2 m2. 2) treatment of given with fungi mikoriza arbuskular (K) with 4 levels, which is K0 = 0 g / plot 1,2 m2( control) K1 = 10 g / plot 1,2 m2 K2 = 25 g / plot 1,2 m2 K3 = 40 g / plot 1,2 m2, each treatment is repeated 2 (two) times, so that there are 32 experimental plots. each experimental plots consist of 9 plants with 4 plant as a sample the observed parameters are height plants, quantity of branches, flowering of day, the dry weight of plants samples, the dry weight of plants / plots, the colniziation of FMA. The result of this of this study are as follows: 1) The production of liquid organic fertilizer Lobster Waste doesn’t heve effect toward vantity of branch and flower day, but it does effect the plant’s heigh, the sheer weight of the plant’s dry pods and the weight of the seedlings. 2) The fungi mikoriza arbuskular doesh’t heve reel effect toward quantity of branch and flower day, but it can teke effect toward weight of planst, the sheer weight of the plant’s dre pods and the weight of the seedlings. 3) The cobination treatment between liquid organic fertilizer lobster waste and fungi mikoriza arbuskular doesn’t heve reel effect towards plant’s height,quantity of branch, flower day, the sheer weight of the plant’s dre pods and the weight of the seedlings | en_US |
