Abstract: Rudianto Benni Lamhot Sihotang. 158210099. Pengaruh Pupuk Kandang Ayam Dan Konsentrasi Pupuk Organik Cair Kulit Pisang Kepok Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Cabai Merah ( Capsicum Annum L.) Skripsi. Di bawah bimbingan Ellen L. Panggabean, selaku Pembimbing I dan Asmah Indrawati, selaku Pembimbing II. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2019 sampai Januari 2020 bertempat di Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, Dan Pendidikan Tinggi Growth Center Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah-I. Jalan Peratun No.1 Medan Estate, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan meggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu : Faktor I adalah penggunaan pupuk kandang ayam (K) dengan 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu : K0 = Kontrol (Tanpa pupuk kandang ayam), K1= Pemberian Pupuk Kandang Ayam 1,2kg/plot, K2 = Pemberian Pupuk Kandang Ayam 2,4kg/plot, K3 = Pemberian Pupuk Kandang Ayam 3,6kg/plot. Faktor II adalah Pupuk Organik Cair Kulit Pisang (C) terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu: C0 = Kontrol ( Tanpa POC Kulit Pisang ), C1 = POC Kulit Pisang 3% ( 30ml/Liter), C2= POC Kulit Pisang 6%( 60ml/Liter ), C3 = POC Kulit Pisang 9% ( 90ml/Liter ). Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah cabang produktif, berat buah per tanaman sampel dan berat buah per plot. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Pemberian pupuk kandang ayam berpengaruh nyata pada parameter pengamatan Tinggi Tanaman, Jumlah Cabang Produkti, Berat Buah Pertanaman Sampel dan Berat buah perplot serta berpengaruh tidak nyata pada parameter Diameter batang dan Panjang Buah. 2. Pemberian POC kulit pisang kepok berpengaruh tidak nyata pada semua parameter pengamatan. 3. Interaksi kedua perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata pada semua parameter pengamatan. This research was conducted from October 2019 to January 2020 at the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education Growth Center, Region-I Higher Education Service Institution. Jalan Peratun No.1 Medan Estate, North Sumatra. This research was conducted using a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely: Factor I is the use of chicken manure (K) with 4 levels of treatment, namely: K0 = Control (without chicken manure), K1 = Fertilizer application Chicken coop 1.2 kg / plot, K2 = provision of chicken manure 2.4 kg / plot, K3 = provision of chicken cage fertilizer 3.6 kg / plot. The second factor is Banana Skin Liquid Organic Fertilizer (C) consisting of 4 levels, namely: C0 = Control (without Banana Peel POC), C1 = Banana Peel POC 3% (30ml / Liter), C2 = Banana Peel 6% POC (60ml / Liter), C3 = POC Banana Peel 9% (90ml / Liter). The parameters observed in this study were plant height, stem diameter, number of productive branches, fruit weight per sample plant and fruit weight per plot. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The application of chicken manure had a significant effect on the parameters of the observation of plant height, number of productive branches, fruit weight of the sample and fruit weight per plot and had no significant effect on the parameters of stem diameter and fruit length. 2. Giving of Kepok banana peel POC had no significant effect on all observed parameters. 3. The interaction between the two treatments had no significant effect on all observed parameters.
