Laporan Hasil Kerja Praktek Perancangan Sistem Informasi Kependudukan Pada Kantor Desa Tanjung Rejo Berbasis Web

Abstract

Kantor desa tanjung rejo merupakan instansi pemerintah kecil yang langsung berada dibawah kecamatan yang dipimpin olhe kepala camat yang mengatur dan mengurus kepentingan masyarakat setempat. Bentuk sistem yang berjalan saat ini masih berjalan secara manual dalam bentuk pembukuan atau arsip sehingga dalam upaya pengolaan data pelayanan kependudukan untuk mendapatkan informasi maupun pencarian data penduduk masih membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Tujuan penelitian untuk membangun sistem kependudukan yang ada di kantor desa tanjung rejo metodologi penelitian melalui metode pengambilan data dan metode perancangan untuk membuat dan mendesain web yang tepat dan sesuai yang di inginkan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah sebuah sistem informasi kependudukan pada kantor desa tanjung rejo berbasis web menjadi lebih cepat, sehingga ketika akan dilakukan pemilu laporan data penduduk tidak terlambat. The Tanjung Rejo village office is a small government agency directly under the sub-district led by the head of the sub-district who regulates and manages the interests of the local community. The form of the system that is currently running is still running manually in the form of books or archives so that in an effort to process population service data to obtain information and search for population data it still takes quite a long time. The purpose of the study was to build a population system in the Tanjung Rejo village office, research methodology through data collection methods and design methods to create and design the right and desired web. The result achieved is that a web-based population information system at the Tanjung Rejo village office becomes faster, so that when the election is going to be held, the population data report is not too late.
