This study aims to determine the effect of the response to breaking dormancy and giving natural ZPT from Water Hyacinth Roots, Tomatoes and Sweet Corn Corns so that it can be seen their effect on the germination and growth of Mucuna bracteata plants, which was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Medan Area University which is located at Jalan PBSI No. 1 Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District. The design used in this study was a factorial randomized block design consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely: 1) Dormancy Breaking Treatment Factors with 3 levels, and 2) Natural Growth Regulatory Substances (ZPT) with 4 levels. This research was conducted with 3 replications. Parameters observed in this study were growth percentage (%), germination (%), germination speed (etmal), tendril length (cm) and root volume (ml). The results obtained from this study were the treatment of dormancy breaking had a significant effect on the percentage of growth, germination, and speed of germination. Giving natural ZPT significantly affected the percentage of growth, germination rate, speed of germination, speed of germination, tendril length and root volume. | en_US |
