dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the application of bokashi empty bunches of palm oil and Trichodermakoningii to the growth and production of gambas plants (Luffa acutangula L.), whichexperiments conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture, University Medan Area Jalan Kolam 1 Medan Estate, District Sei Tuan Percut with altitude of 22 m above sea level and tofografi flat. This research was conducted from March until the January of April 2020. The method used in this study is a randomized block design in factorial, with 2 (two) treatment factors, namely:Factor 1. Bokashi dose of empty bunches of palm oil with a notation (B) consisting of 4 levels, namely: B0 : Control (without treatment), B1 : Bokashi empty bunches of palm oil 10 Ton/Ha (1.5 kg/plot), B2 : Bokashi empty bunches of palm oil 15Ton/Ha (2.25 kg /plot), B3: Bokashi empty bunches of palm oil 20 Ton/Ha (3 kg/plot). Factor 2. Trichoderma koningii with a notation (T) dose consisting of 3 levels, namely: T0 : Control ( No Treatment), T1 : Trichoderma koningii with a dose of 15 grams / Plant, T2 : Trichoderma koningii with a dose of 30 grams / Plant. Thus there is a 12 combination of treatment. From the results of the research that has been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn. 1) providing oil palm tabs and blanks had no significant effect on stem diameter, flowering age, number of fruits, fruit length, fruit diameter adn fruit weight of luffa acutangula plants. 2) Trichoderma koningii had no significant effect at 2.3, mst and had a significant effect on age 4 mst on stem diameter, and had no significant effect on fruit length, flowering age, number of fruits, fruit diameter, fruit weight. 3) the combinasi of giving bokashi empty bunches of oil palm and Trichoderma koningii had no significant effect on stem diameter, flowering age, fruit length, number of fruits, fruit diameter, fruit weight of Luffa acutangula L. plants. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi bokashi tandan kosong kelapa sawit dan Trichoderma koningii terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman gambas (Luffa acutangula L.), yang dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area Jalan Kolam No.1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dengan ketinggian tempat 22 m dari permukaan laut dan tofografi datar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan April 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial, dengan 2 (dua) faktor perlakuan, yakni: Faktor pertama. Dosis Bokashi tandan kosong kelapa sawit dengan notasi (B) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu :B0 : Kontrol (tanpa perlakuan), B1 : Bokashi tandan kosong kelapa sawit 10 Ton/Ha (1,5 kg/plot), B2 : Bokashi tandan kosong kelapa sawit 15Ton/Ha (2.25 kg /plot), B3: Bokashi tandan kosong kelapa sawit 20 Ton/Ha (3 kg/plot) . Faktor kedua. Dosis Trichoderma koningii dengan notasi (T) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu : T0 : Kontrol ( Tanpa Perlakuan), T1 : Trichoderma koningii dengan dosis 15 gram /Tanaman, T2 :Trichoderma koningii dengan dosis 30 gram/Tanaman. Dengan demikian terdapat 12 kombinasi perlakuan. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagaimana berikut: 1) Pemberian bokashi tandan kosong kelapa sawit berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap diameter batang, umur berbunga, jumlah buah, panjang buah, diameter buah, dan bobot buah tanaman gambas. 2) Pemberian Trichoderma konigii berpengaruh tidak nyata pada 2, 3 MST dan berpengaruh nyata pada umur 4 MST terdahap diameter batang, dan berpengaruh tidak nyata panjang buah, umur berbunga, jumlah buah, diameter buah, bobot buah. 3) Kombinasi pemberian bokashi tandan kosong kelapa sawit dan Tricoderma konigii berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap diameter batang, umur berbunga, panjang buah, jumlah buah, diameter buah, bobot buah tanaman gambas | en_US |
