This study aims to determine the factors that affect the income of palm fiber broom craftsmen at the research location, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis to find out the general picture, explaining the factors that influence the income of palm fiber broom craftsmen while quantitative analysis is used to see the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 20. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the number of and the wages of craftsmen are significant while working experience, working hours are not significant to the factors that affect the income of the palm fiber broom craftsmen. From the results of the regression carried out, the Adjusted R Square value is obtained by 4 independent variables, namely the amount of production (x1), wages of craftsmen (x2), work experience (x3), working hours (x4), judging from the ability of the variable amount of production. The wages of craftsmen, work experience, working hours, in explaining the factors that affect the income of palm fiber broom craftsmen are 99.5% while the remaining 0.5% is explained by other variables not included in this study.en_US
