dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh respon pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah bubuk teh terhadap pertumbuhan, produksi, dan kejadian penyakit tanaman seledri (Apium graveolens L.), dilaksanakan di dalam rumah kasa Kebun Percobaan Pondok Nusantara Jalan Balai Desa Mariendal II, Komplek Perumahan Pondok Nusantara, Kecamatan Patumbak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang dengan ketinggian tempat 25 mdpl pada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2020. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Non Faktorial yaitu faktor perlakuan pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah bubuk teh (T) dengan 4 taraf, yaitu: T0=Kontrol (AB mix); T1=250 ppm pupuk organik cair limbah bubuk teh; T2=300 ppm pupuk organik cair limbah bubuk teh; dan T3=350 ppm pupuk organik cair limbah bubuk teh dengan 5 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tinggi tanaman terbaik pada perlakuan T3 (30,38 cm), jumlah tangkai daun terbaik pada perlakuan T1 (19,56 helai), jumlah anakan terbaik pada perlakuan T1(3,36), volume akar terbaik pada perlakuan T1 (19,24 ml), bobot segar per sampel terbaik pada perlakuan T3 (28,20 g), bobot segar per ulangan terbaik pada perlakuan T3 (0,88 kg) dan pada pengamatan hama dan penyakit tanaman ditemukan penyakit bercak daun cercospora pada beberapa tanaman dengan intensitas serangan yang paling rendah pada perlakuan T3 (1,1%). This study aims to determine the effect of the response to the application of liquid organic fertilizer from tea powder waste on the growth, production, and incidence of celery (Apium graveolens L.) plant disease, carried out in a screen house Pondok Nusantara Experimental Garden Jalan Balai Desa Mariendal II, Pondok Nusantara Housing Complex , Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency with an altitude of 25 meters above sea level from May to June 2020. This research method uses a Non-Factoral Completely Randomized Design (CRD), namely the treatment factor for giving liquid organic fertilizer of tea powder waste (T) with 4 levels, namely: T0=Control (AB mix); T1=250 ppm liquid organic fertilizer of tea powder waste; T2=300 ppm liquid organic fertilizer of tea powder waste; and T3=350 ppm liquid organic fertilizer of tea powder waste with 5 replications. The results showed that the best plant height in treatment T3 (30.38 cm), the best number of petioles in treatment T1 (19.56 strands), the best number of tillers in treatment T1 (3.36), the best root volume in treatment T1 ( 19.24 ml), the best fresh weight per sample in treatment T3 (28.20 g), fresh weight per replication the best in treatment T3 (0.88 kg) and in the observation of pests and plant diseases, Cercospora leaf spot was found in several plants. with the lowest attack intensity in treatment T3 (1,1%).en_US
