Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Ibu Rumah Tangga Bekerja di Pengolahan Keripik Singkong UD Kreasi Lutvi Kecamatan Pancur Batu Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi ibu rumah tangga untuk bekerja di pengolahan keripik singkong UD Kreasi Lutvi Kecamatan Pancur Batu Kabupaten Deli Serdang. baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, data diolah dengan kebutuhan model yang digunakan. Sumber data berasal dari kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 55 responden ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja yang memiliki kriteria jumlah penghasilan suami tertinggi 2,5juta/bulan,usia ibu rumah tangga di atas 20 tahun, jumlah anggota keluarga di atas 2 orang, dan tingkat pendidikan tertinggi SMA. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dengan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis, serta menganalisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 20. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda secara bersama-sama menunjukan bahwa pendapatan suami berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap alasan ibu rumah tangga bekerja, umur berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap alasan ibu rumah tangga bekerja, jumlah anggota keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap alasan ibu rumah tangga bekerja tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap alasan ibu rumah tangga bekerja. Dari hasil regresi yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,528 empat variabel bebas yaitu pendapatan suami (X1), umur(X2), jumlah anggota keluarga (X3), tingkat pendidikan (X4) hal ini berarti kemampuan variabel pendapatan suami, umur, jumlah anggota keluarga dan tingkat pendidikan dalam menjelaskan alasan ibu rumah tangga bekerja sebesar 52,8% sementara sisanya (100% - 52,8% = 47,2%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine factors that influence housewives to work in the processing of cassava chips at UD Kreasi Lutvi, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency either partially or simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research, the data is processed according to the needs of the model used. Data Source from questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. The number of samples in this study, as is as 55 respondents housewives that have the criteria of the husband's income below 2.5 million/month, the age of the housewives is over 20 years, the number of family members is above 2, and the highest education level is high school, used the technique purposive sampling. With data processing techniques using classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing, as well as analyzing data using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of multiple linear regression analysis take only show that husband's income has a negative and significant effect on the reason housewives work, age has a negative and significant effect on the reasons for housewives to work, the number of family members has a positive and significant effect on the reasons for housewives to work, the level of education has a positive and significant effect on the reasons for housewives to work. From the results of the regression that has been carried out, it is obtained Adjusted R Square value vs 0.528, four independent variables, husband's income (X1), age (X2), number of family members (X3), education level (X4), it means the ability of the husband's income variable, age, the number of family members and education level in explaining the reasons for housewives to work is 52.8% while the rest 47.2% is explained by other variables which not included in this study.
