dc.description.abstractSeiring dengan laju perkembangan teknologi, para ahli mesin dituntut untuk merancang sistem pemutusan dan pemindahan daya dan putaran yang meliputi kopling roda gigi dan rantai pada sebuah kendaraan atau mesin kopling, roda gigi dan rantai. Pada sebuah kendaraan atau mesin kopling memegang peranan penting sebab sebelum kopling ditemukan motor dimatikan dengan mematikannya mesinnya, tetapi setelah kopling ditemukan motor, pemindahan dan pemutusan daya dan putaran dapat dilakukan dengan aman dan mudah tanpa mematikan mesinnya terlebih dahulu. Along with the pace of technological development, engineers are required to design a system of disconnection and transfer of power and rotation which includes gear and chain clutches in a vehicle or engine clutch, gears and chains. In a vehicle or engine the clutch plays an important role because before the clutch was found the motor was turned off by turning off the engine, but after the clutch was found the motor, transfer and disconnection of power and rotation can be done safely and easily without turning off the engine first.en_US
