Abstract

Manual registration of the marriage is less than optimal to allow the manipulation of status data of the bride and groom, therefore still encountered the second marriage case of the bride and groom besides the registration of marriage manually resulted in the unnecessary requirement of marriage book which impact to the end of marriage book in certain KUA In order to access society get marriage service Easy and transparent in recording, and supervising the administration of marriage and realizing the administrative services of marriage based on technology, then apply Instruction Director General of Islamic Community Guidance No DJ.II / 369 Year 2013 About Implementation of Management Information System Marriage (SIMKAH) in KUA Regency. How is the implementation of the Instruction of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance No. DJ.II / 369 of 2013, This Reseach aims to know the Implemetation of the Instructions Director General Guidance of The Islamic Community No. Dj II/368 by 2013 About Mangement Information System Of Marriage (SIMKAH) study on The Religious Ministry Office of Labuhanbatu Regency on the office of religious affair sub.The Reseach I carried out by taking a sample descriptive as executor/implementator as many as 34 people. Result of this reseach show that the implementation of the application of Managemen Information System of Marriage (SIMKAH) in the office Religious Affair of Labuhanbatu District seen from the aspect of the Organization, interpretation and implementation, in general have been able to be carried out with good. The main factor that influence the implementetion of Managemen Information System of Marriage (SIMKAH) is a factor of limited human resources and the exiting infrastucture and the limited understanding of the employers as the executor/implemtetor of the policy Managemen Information System of Marriage (SIMKAH) on the Religious affairs office of labuhanbatu Regency in new still held.
