dc.description.abstract | Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Tebing Tinggi is the only Madrasah Aliyah Negeri that exist in the city of Tebing Tinggi- which stood since the year 2009 , but not yet there is progress that is significant to the moment of this. The problem is due to a lack of motivation which is owned by the teacher MAN Tebing Tinggi- which can be seen from the level of attendance that low and still less complete device is learning which is owned by the teacher. It is behind me to do research with the purpose to determine and analyze the influence of motivation to work on the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Tebing Tinggi . The method that is used in research this is quantitative by using analysis regression linear multiple . In research it is used primary data with the questionnaire as a technique of taking samples . Testing the hypothesis using test t and test F. Results were obtained from the test t is variable (X) motivation to work only needs aktuliasasi themselves were influential on the performance of teachers MAN Tebing Tinggi. While Test F obtained that all the variables (X) motivation to work is the need of physical , needs a sense of secure , needs socialization , needs appreciation and needs actualization themselves as jointly influence positively on the performance of teachers MAN Tebing Tinggi . The suggestions given are expected to all teachers of MAN Tebing Tinggi increase work motivation so that the performance of MAN Tebing Tinggi teachers can increase Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Tebing Tinggi adalah satu-satunya Madrasah Aliyah Negeri yang ada di Kota Tebing Tinggi yang berdiri sejak Tahun 2009 namun belum ada kemajuan yang signifikan hingga saat ini. Permasalahan ini karena kurangnya motivasi yang dimiliki oleh guru MAN Tebing Tinggi yang dapat dilihat dari tingkat kehadiran yang rendah dan masih kurang lengkap perangkat pembelajaran yang dimiliki oleh guru. Hal ini melatarbelakangi saya untuk melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Tebing Tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data primer dengan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji t yaitu variabel (X) motivasi kerja hanya kebutuhan aktuliasasi diri yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru MAN Tebing Tinggi. Sedangkan Uji F diperoleh bahwa semua variabel (X) motivasi kerja yaitu kebutuhan fisik, kebutuhan rasa aman, kebutuhan sosialisasi, kebutuhan penghargaan dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru MAN Tebing Tinggi. Saran yang diberikan diharapkan semua guru MAN Tebing Tinggi meningkatkan motivasi kerja agar kinerja guru MAN Tebing Tinggi dapat meningkat. | en_US |
