dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sinarmas Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 136 responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah stratified proposional random sampling Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sinarmas Medan. This study aims to determine whether work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Sinarmas Medan. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 136 people. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with the sampling technique in this study is stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained from this study are work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT.
