dc.description.abstract | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah semangat kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, untukmengetahui dan menganalisis apakah komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah semangat kerja dan komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Torganda Medan. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh PT Torganda Medan yang berjumlah 65 karyawan, dimana pengambilan sampel sebanyak 65 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (Uji t), uji signifikasi simultan (Uji F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh siginfikan dan positif variabel semangat kerja terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, Terdapat pengaruh siginfikan dan positif variabel komitmen terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan dan Pengujian yang dilakukan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel semangat kerja dan komitmen berpengaruh siginfikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Torganda Medan. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,556 atau 55,6% yang artinya ada pengaruh semangat kerja dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 55,6%, sedangkan sisanya 44,4% variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penelitian ini, misalnya fasilitaskerja, kompensasi, stress kerja dan variabel lainnya The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether morale has an effect on employee performance, to find out and analyze whether commitment has an effect on employee performance and to determine and analyze whether morale and commitment have an effect on employee performance at PT Torganda Medan. The population in this study were all PT Torganda Medan, amounting to 65 employees, where the sample was 65 employees. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and the coefficient of determination. The result of the research shows that there is a significant and positive influence of work morale variables on employee performance variables, there is a significant and positive influence of commitment variables on employee performance variables and tests carried out simultaneously show that the variables of work morale and commitment have a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT employees Torganda Medan. The value of R Square is 0.556 or 55.6%, which means that there is an influence of morale and commitment to employee performance by 55.6%, while the remaining 44.4% is other variables not examined by this study, for example work facilities, compensation, job stress and other variables. | en_US |
