Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim (Team Work) dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Staf Sekolah Sampoerna Academy Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama timdan beban kerja terhadap kinerja staf Sekolah Sampoerna Academy Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada staf sekolah dengan metode random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 69 orang. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara dan yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala Likert dan diolah secara statistik dengan menggunakan uji statistik dan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20.00 For Windows.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh bahwa variabel kerjasama timdan beban kerja terhadap kinerja staf Sekolah Sampoerna Academy Medan, dengan hasil uji t diperoleh hasil untuk variabel kerjasama timdiperoleh nilai t hitung> t tabel (2,035> 1,996) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,00 < 0,05 dan untuk variabel beban kerjadiperoleh nilai t hitung> t tabel (1,695> 1,996) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,00 < 0,05dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor (kerjasama tim Dan beban kerja) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja staf Sekolah Sampoerna Academy Medandan uji F diperoleh nilaiF hitung > F tabel (33,312 > 3,14) dengan hipotesis Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kerjasama timdan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadapkinerja staf. Primary data in this study were obtained through questionnaires and interviews and were measured using a Likert scale and processed statistically using statistical tests and with the help of SPSS version 20.00 For Windows.Based on the research results, it can be found that the variable teamwork and workload on the performance of the staff at the Sampoerna Academy Medan School, with the results of the t test, the results for the variable teamwork obtained the t value> t table (2.035> 1.996) with a significant level of 0.00 <0 , 05 and for the workload variable, the value of t count> t table (1.695> 1.996) with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05 can be concluded that the factors (teamwork and workload) partially affect the performance of the staff at the Sampoerna Academy Medan School. and the F test obtained the value of F count> F table (33.312> 3.14) with the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that the variable teamwork and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on staff performance.
