dc.description.abstract | Penilaian Aparatur Sipil Negara memiliki peranan utama dalam oranisasi untuk meningkatkan sikap serta pelaksanaan kerja yang positif dalam mencapai efektifitas pegawai. Pemberian penilaian kinerja yang bagus tentu akan bermamfaat untuk instansi terkait,dengan hal tersebut lah pihak instansi ataupun organisasi dapat memperbaiki hasil kinerja pegawainya agar lebih baik. Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Analisi Penilaian Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Kantor Kecamatan Kabanjahe Kabupaten Karo. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang berfokus kepada Penilaian Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Kantor Kecamatan Kabanjahe Kabupaten Karo. Sifat pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada kantor kecamatan kabanjahe jalan Veteran nomor 43 Padang Mas kabanjahe, Kabupaten Karo, Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dapat dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dikantor Kecamatan Kabupaten Karo sejauh ini sudah cukup baik, berdasarkan data tertulis dan asil wawancara dengan masyarakat kecamatan kabanjahe kabupaten karo. Karena itu peneliti menyarankan agar nantinya tidak ada perubahan pada kinerja pegawai berdasarkan tugas pokok dan fungsi yang diamanatkan . Assessment of the State Civil Apparatus has a major role in the organization to improve attitudes and positive work implementation in achieving employee effectiveness. Providing a good performance appraisal will certainly be of benefit to related agencies, with this, the agency or organization can improve employee performance results for the better. This study is to determine the analysis of the performance appraisal of the state civil servants at the Kabanjahe District Office, Karo Regency. This type of research is a qualitative approach that focuses on the Assessment of State Civil Servants at the Kabanjahe District Office, Karo Regency. The nature of this research is descriptive, the location of this research is carried out at the district office of Veteran street Kabanjahe number. 43 Padang Mas Kabanjahe, Karo Regency, North Sumatra. The results show that it can be concluded that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Karo District Office has been quite good so far, based on written data and original interviews with the people of Karo District Kabanjahe District. Therefore, researchers suggest that there will be no changes in employee performance based on the main tasks and functions mandated. | en_US |
