Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaaan perilaku prososial ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Perilaku prososial adalah tindakan menolong yang dilakukan oleh seseorang terhadap orang lain yang memberikan pengaruh kepada orang yang menerima bantuan. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan PT. JNE Medan yang berlamat di Amplas Trade Centre km 10,5 Blok F.10 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik total sampling, jumlah sample 89 orang. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan model skala likert melalui skala Perilaku Prososial. Analisis data menggunakan T-test. Hipotesa pada penelitian ini adalah ada perbedaan perilaku prososial yang ditinjau dari jenis kelamin pada PT.JNE Medan. Hasil uji T-tes signifikansi (p)= 0,574. Reliabilitas dengan teknik koefisien alpha conbrach adalah sebesar 0,900= reliabel. Uji normalitas dinyatakan normal dengan nilai 0,143. Uji homogenitas penelitian ini sebesar 0,828 dan dikatakan homogen. Mean hipotetik variabel perilaku prososial 75. Mean empirik perilaku prososial laki-laki sebesar 98,22, perempuan sebesar 99,12. Persentase aspek menolong 23%, berbagi rasa 20%, kerjasama 17%, menyumbang 20% dan memperhatikan kesejahteraan orang lain 20%. Disimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan perilaku prososial ditinjau dari jenis kelamin pada PT.JNE Medan, sehingga hipotesa yang diajukan ditolak. This study aims to determine the differences in prosocial behavior in terms of gender. Pro-social behavior is an act of helping that is carried out by a person towards another person who influences the person receiving assistance. The research was conducted on employees of PT. JNE Medan which is located at Amplas Trade Center km 10.5 Blok F.10 Medan. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling using total sampling technique, the number of samples is 89 people. The data collection technique used a Likert scale model through a Prosocial Behavior scale. Data analysis using T-test. The hypothesis in this study is that there are differences in prosocial behavior in terms of gender at PT. JNE Medan. The result of the T-test significance (p) = 0.574. Reliability with the alpha conbrach coefficient technique is 0.900 = reliable. The normality test is declared normal with a value of 0.143. The homogeneity test of this study was 0.828 and it was said to be homogeneous. The hypothetical mean of the prosocial behavior variable is 75. The empirical mean of the male prosocial behavior is 98.22, the female is 99.12. Percentage of helping aspects 23%, sharing 20%, cooperation 17%, contributing 20% and paying attention to the welfare of others 20%. It was concluded that there was no difference in prosocial behavior in terms of gender at PT. JNE Medan, so that the proposed hypothesis was rejected.
