dc.description.abstract | Kebutuhan manusia terhadap transportasi angkutan umum semakin meningkat ditandai dengan meningkatnya jumlah pelajar, mahasiswa dan pekerja di setiap daerah yang menuntut ilmu ataupun mencari nafkah di kota Medan setiap tahunnya. Maka diperlukannya transportasi yang memadai untuk menunjang kelancaran mobilitas antar daerah tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pelayanan fasilitas, keamanan dan kenyamanan terhadap kepuasan Konsumen transportasi kereta api di stasiun kereta api di Medan dengan rute Medan-Binjai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner yaitu teknik pengumpulan data berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan untuk mengetahui jawaban atas rumusan masalah penelitian dan dilakukan analisis untuk mendapatkan solusi permasalahan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data yang diperoleh, dapat diketahui bahwa fasilitas, keamanan dan kenyamanan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan kuesioner butir pernyataan mengenai fasilitas kelayakan toilet di Stasiun baik memiliki skor yang paling tinggi 4,46. Sedangkan mengenai area parkir di stasiun aman dan luas memiliki skor 2,78 yang paling rendah dibandingkan pernyataan mengenai variabel yang lain. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dapat disimpulkan untuk area parkir Stasiun sebaiknya perusahaan lebih meningkatkan area parkir yang aman dan luas sehingga konsumen merasa aman dan dapat meningkatkan jumlah penumpang. The human need for public transport is increasing in the number of student, scholarship, and workers in each region that makes a living in the Medan each year. Therefore, adequate transportation is needed to promote smooth mobility between spesific areas. The study aims to determine the effect of service facilities, safety and comfort on consumer satisfaction of train transportation at train stations in Medan with the Medan-Binjai route. The method used in this study is the questionnaire’s method of data collection, which contains question for answer to research problems and analysis for solutions. Based on data analysis obtained, it is known the facilities, security and comfort have a high impact on consumer satisfaction. Based on the questionnaire’s fact regarding the toilet-worthiness facility at both stations has a high score of 4,46. Whereas regarding the parking area at the station safe and spacious has a score of 2,78 at the lowest compared with the testimony regarding the other variabel. Based on calculations, the company should recommend that the parking lot of the station should increase its safe and spacious parking area so that consumers feel safe and can increase the number of passengers. | en_US |
