dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara konformitas teman sebaya dengan motivasi berprestasi pada siswa, dimana yang menjadi subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi baik kelas X, XI, dan XII SMK Negeri 1 Beringin. Penyebaran skala Konformitas teman sebaya dengan Motivasi berprestasi menggunakan skala Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Korelasi-Product Moment. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis r Product Moment dengan nilai atau koefisien (rxy) = 0.324 dan koefiesen determinan (r2) = 0.104 dengan p= 0.000<0.050. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima, yaitu ada hubungan antara konformitas teman sebaya dengan motivasi berprestasi. Artinya semakin tinggi konformitas teman sebaya maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi berprestasi. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui perhitungan koefisien determinan (r2) = 0.104 menunjukkan konformitas teman sebaya membentuk sebesar 10.4%. Selanjutnya konformitas teman sebaya yang diterima oleh siswa dalam kategori tinggi melalui perhitungan mean hipotetik= 130 dan mean empirik= 135 selisihnya melebihi standar deviasi= 19.500, dan motivasi berprestasi dalam kategori tinggi dilihat dari perhitungan mean hipotetik =135 dan mean empiriknya= 158.55 selisihnya melebihi standar deviasi = 16.777. This study aims to see the relationship between peer conformity and achievement motivation in students, where the subjects of this study are students both in grades X, XI, and XII of SMK Negeri 1 Beringin. The distribution of peer conformity scale with achievement motivation uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is Product Moment Correlation. Based on the calculation of r Product Moment analysis with a value or coefficient (Rxy) = 0.324 and the determinant coefficient (r2) = 0.104 with p = 0.000 <0.050. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, that is, there is a relationship between peer conformity and achievement motivation. This means that the higher the peer conformity, the higher the achievement motivation. This is evidenced by the calculation of the determinant coefficient (r2) = 0.104 indicating the conformity of the peers is 10.4%. Furthermore, peer conformity received by students in the high category through the calculation of the hypothetical mean = 130 and the empirical mean = 135, the difference exceeds the standard deviation = 19.500, and the achievement motivation in the high category is seen from the calculation of the hypothetical mean = 135 and the empirical mean = 158.55 the difference exceeds the standard deviation = 16,777.en_US
