dc.description.abstract | Penelitian Analisa Getaran yang Terjadi pada Gedung Bertingkat Akibat Gerakan Manusia dilakukan pada gedung Fakultas Teknik Universitas Medan Area Lantai 2 Ruang 2.2, pada ruangan tersebut terdapat getaran yang sangat tampak jelas sehingga getaraannya terasa untuk orang-orang yang beraktivitas pada gedung tersebut. Untuk kriteria-kriteria yang harus diperhatikan dalam perencanaan bangunan diantarannya adalah kekakuan, kekuatan, kestabilan, kelenturan dan keekonomisan, sedangkan getaran seringkali terlupakan dalam perencanana suatu bangunan, padahal hal itu sangat berdampak bagi kenyamanan penghuni bangunan atau yang beraktivitas dalam bangunan. Analisis getaran dilakukan pada beberapa tipe plat dan balok induk pada bangunan, dengan mengukur kerataan permukaan plat lantai bangunan menggunakan alat Theodolite menghitung besarnya lendutan yang terjadi akibat beban yang dipikul oleh bangunan, sehinnga dari adanya lendutan tersebut dapat menimbulkan getaran pada gedung serta mengukur kuat tekan beton dengan alat Hammer Test untuk bisa dibandingkan dengan kuat tekan beton sebelumnya . Batasan puncak percepatan untuk bangunan kantor/sekolah berdasarkan panduan Steel Design Guede 11th Series “Floor Vibration due to Human Activity” adalah 0,5% - 1,5% sedangkan percepatan yang dihasilkan oleh gedung yang ditinjau adalah 1.4 % sehingga masih dinyatakan aman untuk melakukan aktivitas dalam gedung. Standar ini juga didasari oleh ISO 2631/1-1985 dan ISO 2631/2-1989 dan dengan menggunakan program SAP 2000 V20.0, dimana melalui program SAP 2000 ini diperoleh perode getar dan berat pelat yang ditinjau, sehingga dapat diketahui nilai perkiraan puncak percepatan getaran yang masih berada dalam batas toleransi sesuai dengan Steel Design Guide 11 th Series. Research on the analysis of vibrations that occur in multi-storey buildings due to human movement is carried out in the building of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Medan, Floor 2, Room 2.2, in that room there is a very clear vibration so that the vibrations are felt for people who are active in the building. The criteria that must be considered in building planning include stiffness, strength, stability, flexibility and economy, while vibrations are often forgotten in the planning of a building, even though it greatly impacts the comfort of building occupants or those who are active in the building. Vibration analysis is carried out on several types of plates and main beams in buildings, by measuring the flatness of the floor plate of the building using the Theodolite tool to calculate the amount of deflection that occurs due to the load borne by the building, so that the deflection can cause vibrations in the building and measure the compressive strength of the concrete. with the Hummer Test tool to be able to compare it with the previous concrete compressive strength. The peak limit of acceleration for office / school buildings based on the Steel Design Guede 11th Series guide "Floor Vibration due to Human Activity" is 0.5% - 1.5% while the acceleration generated by the building under review is 1.4% so it is still declared safe to carry out activities in the building.
