Abstract: | Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi tersebut maka kebutuhan informasi sangatlah penting. Perkembangan alat komunikasi yang begitu pesat memberikan peluang bagi perusahaan telekomunikasi.Proses globalisasi yang terjadi hingga saat ini tidak diragukan lagi telah membawa dampak dan perubahan bagi kehidupan manusia. Sehingga muncul tahapan yang disebut smartphone. Berkembangnya handphone menjadi smartphone di manfaatkan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan smartphone di Indonesia maupun perusahaan asing untuk berlomba memenuhi permintaan konsumen, dengan begitu perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut harus menciptakan smartphone yang ideal dengan menggunakan teknologi terkini sesuai dengan permintaan dan kebutuhan konsumen Oppo smartphone adalah salah satu telepon pintar yang berasal dari negara China yang mulai memasuki pasar indonesia pada tahun 2013. Selain karena spesifikasi yang tidak kalah lengkap dengan smartphone lain. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel bebas yaitu fitur produk dan personal selling untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap variabel terikat yaitu keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. NonProbability Sampling dan Accidental samplingsebagai teknik pengambilan sampel sebanyak 117 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fitur produk dan personal sellingberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05. Along with the development of technology, the need for information is very important. The rapid development of communication tools provides opportunities for telecommunications companies. The process of globalization that has occurred until now has undoubtedly brought impacts and changes to human life. So came the so-called smartphone. The development of mobile phones into smartphones is used by smartphone companies in Indonesia and foreign companies to compete to meet consumer demand, thus these companies must create the ideal smartphone using the latest technology according to consumer demand and needs. Oppo smartphone is one of the smart phones originating from China which began to enter the Indonesian market in 2013. Apart from the specifications that are not less complete with other smartphones. In this study, two independent variables are used, namely product features and personal selling to see their effect on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is quantitative.NonProbability and Accidental sampling as a sampling technique as many as 117 people. The results showed that product features and personal selling had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. |
