dc.description.abstractQuality Of Work Life merupakan masalah utama yang patut mendapat perhatian, hal ini mampu untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis seseorang dalam bekerja serta menunjang produktivitas. Quality Of Work Life menjadi persoalan penting bagi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi. Quality Of Work Life yang tinggi di tempat kerja berimplikasi positif kepada organisasi dan karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi fenomenologi. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi terhadap enam responden dan enam informan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian telah menunjukkan gambaran bahwa kondisi yang mempengaruhi Quality Of Work Life pada karyawan yaitu kondisi lingkungan antar rekan kerja pada keenam responden, kemudian imbalan (gaji) pada keempat responden yang membuat responden kurang sejahtera. Quality of Work Life is a major problem that deserves attention, it is able to improve one's psychological well-being at work and support productivity. Quality of Work Life is an important issue for the development of human resources in the organization. High Quality Of Work Life in the workplace has positive implications for the organization and employees. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological study approach. The data collection process was carried out by interviewing and observing six respondents and six informants. Sampling using snowball sampling. The results of the study have shown that the conditions that affect the Quality of Work Life in employees are environmental conditions between co-workers in the six respondents, then the reward (salary) for the four respondents which makes the respondents less prosperous.en_US
