Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan kemandirian belajar pada siswa kelas XI SMK Nusa Penida Medan yang beralamt JL.sei serayu no 70-A. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif. Pengambil Sample menggunakan teknik total sampling, jumlah sample 58 orang. Teknik pengambilan sample dan data menggunakan. dua skala likert, yaitu skala Dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan skala kemandirian belajar. Uji analisis data mengunakan teknik korelasi product moment (rxy) diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,959 dengan p = 0,000 <0,050. Artinya hipotesis diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikat antara Dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan kemandirian belajar pada siswa kelas XI SMK Nusa Penida Medan. Dukungan sosial teman sebaya di SMK Nusa Penida Medan tergolong tinggi ditunjukan maen emperik = 86.29 > mean hipotetik = 60 dimana selisihnya melebihi bilanngan SD = 11.037. Kemandirian belajar juga tergolong tinggi ditunjukan mean empirik = 118.47 >mean hipotetik = 97.5 dimana selisihnya melebihi bilang SD = 15.120. adapun Koesfisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut sebesar r2 = 0.919. dengan artinya dukungan sosial teman sebaya memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap kemandirian belajar sebesar 91,9%. This study aims to see the relationship between peer social support and independent learning in class XI students of SMK Nusa Penida Medan, whose address is JL.sei serayu no 70-A. This research uses quantitative methods. Sample takers using total sampling technique, the number of samples is 58 people. The sampling technique and data use. two Likert scales, namely the peer social support scale and the independent learning scale. Test data analysis using the product moment correlation technique (rxy) obtained a result of 0.959 with p = 0.000 <0.050. This means that the hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant relationship between peer social support and learning independence in class XI students of SMK Nusa Penida Medan. Peer social support at SMK Nusa Penida Medan is high, shown by emperic play = 86.29> hypothetical mean = 60 where the difference exceeds the SD = 11.037. Learning independence is also classified as high, indicated by the empirical mean = 118.47> hypothetical mean = 97.5 where the difference exceeds SD = 15,120. Meanwhile, the determination coefficient of the correlation is r2 = 0.919. This means that peer social support contributes effectively to independent learning by 91.9%.
