dc.description.abstractTujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Keputusan Investasi dan Nilai Perusahaan yang di proyeksi dengan DAR (Debt To Assets Ratio), ROA (Return On Assets), PER (Price Earnig Ratio) terhadap PBV (Price Book Value) Pada Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan program Eviews Versi 9 dan teknik pengambilan sample dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini, Model regresi data panel terbaik adalah Menggunakan Random Effect Models. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukan bahwa secara simultan variable Independen DAR, ROA, dan PER tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Kemampuan variable Independen dalam menjelaskan variable Dependen hanya 0.895, sedangkan sisanya 99,2% dijelaskan oleh variable dependen lain diluar model. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of capital structure, profitability, investment decisions and company value projected by DAR (Debt to Assets Ratio), ROA (Return on Assets), PER (Price Earnig Ratio) on PBV (Price Book Falue). In the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples in this study were 11 Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies listed on ihe Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. This study uses panel data regression analysis with the Eviews Version 9 program and the sampling technigue uses purposive sampling technigue. The resulis of this study, ihe besi panel data regression model is using the Random Effect Models. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the Independent variables DAR, ROA, and PER do not have a significant effect on Firm Value (PBV). The ability of ihe independent variable in explaining the dependent variable is only 0.846, while the remaining 99.246 is explained by other dependent variables outside the model.en_US
