Abstract: Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara signifikan hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja dosen Poltekkes Kementrian Kesehatan Medan pada saat work from home. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja dosen poltekkes kementrian kesehatan Medan pada saat work from home. Penelitian ini dilakukan di poltekkes kementrian kesehatan Medan. Partisipasi sebanyak 30 orang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala, yaitu skala motivasi kerja yang terdiri dari 4 aspek yaitu,kebutuhan-kebutuhan (need), Tujuan-tujuan (goals), Sikap (attitudes), Kemampuan-kemampuan (abilities) dan skala kinerja dosen yang terdiri dari 7 aspek yaitu produktivitas, kualitas kerja, inisiatif, kerja tim, pemecahan masalah, tekanan, motivasi. Variabel motivasi kerja diukur dengan menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari 36 item, sedangkan variabel kinerja diukur menggunaka skala yang terdiri dari 24 item teknik analisis data yang dipakai adalah teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment dari Pearson. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menemukan bahwa WFH berdampak positif dan dapat dilanjutkan dengan mempertimbangakn kekurangan dan kelebihan. untuk peneliti selanjutnya di harapkan dapat fokus kepada Mahasiswa. This type of research is correlational that aims to know significantly the correlation of work motivation with the performance of lecturers poltekkes ministry of health Medan at the time of work from home. Thehypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and the performance of lecturers poltekkes ministry of health Medan at the time of work from home. This research was conducted in poltekkes ministry of health Medan. The participation of 30 people was taken using total samplingtechniques. Data collection method using scale, namely work motivation scale consists of 4 aspectsNeeds (need), Goals (goals), Attitudes (attitudes), Abilities (abilities) and the scale of lecturer performance consists of 7 aspects: Productivity,Quality ofteamwork,problem solving, pressure,motivation. Work motivation variables are measured using a scale consisting of 36 items, while performance variables are measured using a scale consisting of 24 items of data analysis techniques used is Pearson Product Moment correlation technique from Pearson.The data was collested usiang a Likertscale. based on the results of the study, researchers found that WFH had a positive impact and could be continued by considering the advantages and disadvantages. For futurere searchers, it is hoped that they can focus on students
