Pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Self Efficacy dan Locus Of Control Terhadap Niat Berwirausaha Pada Masyarakat Lingkungan 29 Pekan Labuhan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha, untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy terhadap niat berwirausaha, untuk mengetahui pengaruh locus of control terhadap niat berwirausaha dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, self efficacy dan locus of control terhadap niat berwirausaha Pada Masyarakat Lingkungan 29 Pekan Labuhan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Lingkungan 29 Pekan Labuhan sebanyak 1.746 orang, dimana pengambilan sampel sebanyak 95 orang yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (Uji t), uji signifikasi simultan (Uji F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat berwirausaha, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan self efficacy terhadap niat berwirausaha, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan locus of control terhadap niat berwirausaha dan Pengujian yang dilakukan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan, self efficacy dan locus of control berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha Pada Masyarakat Lingkungan 29 Pekan Labuhan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions, to determine the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions, to determine the effect of locus of control on entrepreneurial intentions and to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy and locus of control on entrepreneurial intentions in society. Environment 29 Labuhan Week. The population in this study was the community in the 29 Pekan Labuhan neighborhood as many as 1.746 people, where the sampling was 95 people using the slovin formula. The data collection technique used in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions, there was a positive and significant influence of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions, there was a positive and significant influence of locus of control on entrepreneurial intentions and the tests conducted simultaneously showed that the variables of entrepreneurship education, self efficacy and locus of control had an effect on entrepreneurial intentions in the Environmental Community 29 Pekan Labuhan.
