Hubungan Antara Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Dengan Produktivitas kerja Pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi PT. Socfindo Kebun Tanah Gambus

Abstract

Produktivitas kerja adalah kemampuan seseorang dalam menghasilkan barang dan jasa dari berbagai sumber daya atau faktor produksi yang digunakan dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan dan adanya peran serta tenaga kerja atau karyawan. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan produktivitas kerja pada karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hipotetis penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang positif, antara keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dengan asumsi semakin tinggi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja maka semakin tinggi produktivitas kerja karyawan, sebaliknya semakin rendah keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja maka semakin rendah pula produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 77 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan quota sampling. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi product moment hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan korelasi sebesar 0.366 dengan p = 0,000 <0,05, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan produktivitas kerja pada karyawan bagian produksi di PT.Socfindo Kebun Tanah Gambus. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, maka semakin tinggi juga produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan hasil dari hipotesis penelitian ini diterima. Adapun koefisien determinan r2 = 0.134. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja memberikan sumbangan terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 13.40%. Meninjau hasil penelitian tersebut maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran akan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dapat memacu produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dari lingkungan kerja yang aman dan sehat terbukti berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas. This means that the higher the safety and health of work, the higher the productivity of employees, and the results of this research hypothesis is accepted. The determinant coefficient r2 = 0.134. This shows that occupational safety and health contributes to work productivity of 13.40%. Reviewing the results of this study then the hypothesis in this study accepted. The final results obtained indicate that awareness of occupational safety and health can spur employee productivity. From a safe and healthy work environment it is proven to have an effect on productivity.
