Abstract: Masih tingginya jumlah kecelakaan kerja, yang terjadi pada proyek konstruksi, sehingga diperlukannya kajian apakah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang konstruksi sudah menjalankan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3) dengan baik dan benar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekataan kuantitatif dengan metode survey berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 50 responden. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui penerapan SMK3 pada proyek pembangunan jalan tol Tebing Tinggi-Inderapura. Validitas dan Reliabilitas data dianalisis serta diuji dengan SPSS (Stastical Product and Service Solutions). Penerapan SMK3 kemudian dievaluasi memakai pembobotan (scoring). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor variable mulai dari penerapan K3, prosedur dan evaluasi K3, komitmen manajemen, lingkungan kerja, keterlibatan pekerja, dan evaluasi K3 sudah berlangsung dengan cukup baik dan efektif pada proyek pembangunan jalan tol tebing tinggi-inderapura yang dikerjakan oleh PT.Hutama Karya memang sangat serius dalam memandang K3 disetiap proyek yang dikerjakan. Dengan nilai bobot rata-rata sebesar 92,45%, maka penerapan SMK3 pada proyek pembangunan jalan tol Tebing Tinggi-Inderapura telah berjalan dengan cukup baik. Melengkapi dan memenuhi Peraturan Menteri Pekerja Umum No.5 tahun 2014. Berdasarkan analisis hasil jawaban kuesioner masing-masing pakar didapatkan semua nilai >76% yang mana tidak diperlukannya kuesioner tahap 2. The high number of work accidents in construction projects is still high, so it is necessary to study whether companies engaged in construction have implemented the occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) properly. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents. The purpose of this research is to know the application of SMK3 in the construction project of the high-cliff-inderapura toll road. The validity and reliability of the data were analyzed and tested by SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The application of SMK3 is then evaluated using the scoring method. The results showed that variable factors ranging from the implementation of K3, K3 procedures and regulations, management commitment, work environment, worker involvement, and K3 evaluation have been going on quite well and effectively in the high-cliffs inderapura toll road construction project carried out by PT.Hutama Karya. . This shows that PT.Hutama Karya is very serious in looking at K3 in every project it undertakes. With an average weight value of 92.4%, the implementation of SMK3 in the high-cliff inderapura toll road construction project has been running quite well. Completing and fulfilling the Regulation of the Minister of Public Work No. 5 of 2014. Based on the analysis of the results of the answers to the questionnaire of each expert, all values are> 76%, which is not necessary for the second stage questionnaire.
