Abstract: | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi disiplin kerja pada karyawan di Hotel Cambridge Medan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi disiplin kerja yang digunakan yakni faktor internal (pembawaan, kesadaran, minat dan motivasi, serta pengaruh pola pikir) dan faktor eksternal (contoh atau tauladan, nasehat, Latihan dan lingkungan). Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 karyawan yang bekerja di Hotel Cambridge Medan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis dengan Mix Method. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, maka hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa kontribusi faktor pembawaan terhadap faktor yang terbentuk sebesar 67,7 %. Kontribusi faktor kesadaran terhadap faktor yang terbentuk sebesar 64,7%. Kontribusi faktor Minat dan Motivasi sebesar 56,5 %. Kontribusi faktor pengaruh pola pikir sebesar 61,5 %. Kontribusi faktor contoh dan tauladan sebesar 39,1 %. Kontribusi variabel faktor Nasehat terhadap faktor yang terbentuk sebesar 74,2 %. Kontribusi variabel faktor latihan sebesar 72,5 %. Dan kontribusi variabel faktor lingkungan terhadap faktor yang terbentuk sebesar 74,0 %. Tanggapan karyawan atas studi identifikasi pada faktor-faktor yang membentuk sikap disiplin kerja tergolong baik. Hal tersebut dikarenakan dari seluruh hasil yang diberikan responden, sebanyak 62.16% menjawab sangat setuju, dan 26.55% menjawab setuju dengan pernyataan-pernyataan yang diberikan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to identify the factors that influence work discipline on employees at the Hotel Cambridge Medan. The factors that influence the work discipline used are internal factors (nature, awareness, interest and motivation, as well as the influence of mindset) and external factors (examples or examples, advice, training and environment). The sampling method used total sampling technique with a total sample of 150 employees who work at the Hotel Cambridge Medan. The data analysis technique used is the analysis technique with the Mix Method. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the results of this study showed that the contribution of hereditary factors to the factors formed was 67.7%. The contribution of the awareness factor to the factors formed is 64.7%. The contribution of interest and motivation factors is 56.5%. The contribution of factors influencing the mindset of 61.5%. The contribution of examples and role models is 39.1%. The contribution of the advisory factor variable to the formed factors is 74.2%. The contribution of the exercise factor variable is 72.5%. And the contribution of environmental factors to the factors formed is 74.0%. The employee's response to the identification study on the factors that shape the attitude of work discipline is classified as good. This is because of all the results given by respondents, as many as 62.16% answered strongly agree, and 26.55% answered agree with the statements given. |
