Hubungan Religiusitas Dengan Perilaku Memaafkan Pada Mahasiswa Di Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Religiusitas dengan Perilaku Memaafkan Pada Mahasiswa di Poltekkes Kemenkes di Kota Medan. Berdasarkan teori-teori yang telah dikemukakan sebelumnya, maka hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara Religiusitas dengan pemaafan pada mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan. Semakin tinggi Religiusitas yang diperoleh maka semakin tinggi pemaafan pada mahasiswa PERLIMA di Jurusan Keperawatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa D3 dengan jumlah 98 orang di organisasi PERLIMA di Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skala Likert. Hasil analisis data yang dilakukan dengan metode analisis Korelasi r Product Moment diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Religiusitas dengan Perilaku Memaafkan, yaitu dengan asumsi semakin tinggi Religiusitas yang diterapkan oleh Anggota Organisasi PERLIMA, maka semakin tinggi pula Perilaku Memaafkan yang dimunculkan. Sebaliknya, apabila semakin rendah Religiusitas yang diterapkan oleh Anggota Organisasi PERLIMA, maka semakin rendah pula Perilaku Memaafkan yang dimunculkan. Dimana rxy = 0,424 dengan p(sig) = 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai sumbangan X terhadap Y adalah 17,9%. Dengan nilai mean hipotetik pada variabel Religiusitas 157,5 dan mean hipotetik perilaku memaafkan sebesar 125. Dan memiliki mean empiris pada variabel religiusitas sebesar 228,01 dengan katagori sangat tinggi, pada variabel perilaku memaafkan sebesar 146,83 dengan katagori sedang. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan dapat dinyatakan diterima.

This study aims to determine the relationship between religiosity and forgiving behavior in students at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health in Medan City. Based on the theories that have been put forward previously, the hypothesis used in this study is that there is a positive relationship between religiosity and forgiveness in students of the Department of Nursing, Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Medan. The higher the religiosity obtained, the higher the forgiveness of PERLIMA students in the Nursing Department of the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Medan. The sample of this study was D3 students with a total of 98 people in the PERLIMA organization at Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan. The scale used in this study is the Likert Scale. The results of data analysis carried out using the Product Moment Correlation analysis method, it is known that there is a significant relationship between Religiosity and Forgiving Behavior, namely assuming the higher the religiosity applied by PERLIMA Organization Members, the higher the Forgiving Behavior that is raised. Conversely, if the lower the religiosity applied by PERLIMA Organization Members, the lower the Forgiving Behavior that is raised. Where rxy = 0.424 with p(sig) = 0.000 <0.05 and the value of X's contribution to Y is 17.9%. With a hypothetical mean value on the religiosity variable of 157.5 and a hypothetical mean of forgiveness behavior of 125. And it has an empirical mean on the religiosity variable of 228.01 with a very high category, on the variable of forgiveness behavior of 146.83 with a medium category. This means that the proposed hypothesis can be declared accepted.
