dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan pada ruas jalan Gatot Subroto – Kapten Muslim, yang merupakan jalan yang cukup vital dikarenakan jalan tidak memiliki kelengkapan jalan yang mumpuni terutama Ruang Henti Khusus (RHK). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendesain sekaligus merencanakan Ruang Henti Khusus (RHK) sehingga dijalan tersebut tidak terjadi pelanggaran lalu lintas dan efektivitas kinerja jalan terpenuhi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat diidentifikasi permasalahan lalu lintas di persimpangan jalan Jendral Gatot Subroto – jalan Kapten Muslim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman standard perencanaan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pengamatan danpengumpulan data dengan mensurvei ke lapangan, pengumpulan data penelitian, menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan berdasarkan hasil survei dan data skunder yang dianalisis dengan pedoman MKJI. Dari hasil penelitian Lengan jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto memiliki ukuran 38 meter, lengan jalan Binjai memiliki ukuran 23,6 meter, lengan jalan Kapten Muslim memiliki ukuran 24,4 meter dan lengan jalan Sunggal memilki ukuran 25,7 meter. Sehingga perencanaan Ruang Henti Khusus sebesar 67,5 M2dengan kapsitas 45 kendaraan pada masing-masing Ruang Henti Khusus, dengan perincian 9 m untuk lebar depan dan 5 m untuk panjangnya kebelakang. Tingkat keberhasilan Ruang Henti Khusus (RHK) pada Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto – Jalan Kapten Muslim dikategorikan cukup dengan nilai 1.06 % dengan besaran rasio 0,85-1,15. Pada hasil tersebut menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan Ruang Henti Khusus (RHK) pada persimpangan Jalan Jendral Gatot Subroto – Kapten Muslim lebih efektif dan evisien. Dengan demikian Perencanaan Ruang Henti Khusus (RHK) diperuntukan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. This research was conducted on the Gatot Subroto – Captain Muslim road, which is a road that is quite vital because the road does not have adequate road equipment, especially the Special Henti Room (RHK). The purpose of this research is to design and plan a special stop room (RHK) so that there are no traffic violations on the road and the effectiveness of road performance is met. Based on this, it can be identified traffic problems at the intersection of Jalan Jendral Gatot Subroto - Jalan Captain Muslim. This study uses the standard guidelines for planning the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. The research method used is observation and data collection by surveying the field, collecting research data, using primary and secondary data. Data processing is carried out based on survey results and secondary data analyzed with MKJI guidelines. From the research results, General Gatot Subroto's arm has a size of 38 meters, the Binjai road arm has a size of 23.6 meters, the Captain Muslim road arm has a size of 24.4 meters and the Sunggal road arm has a size of 25.7 meters. So that the planning of the Special Stopping Room is 67.5 M2 with a capacity of 45 vehicles in each Special Stopping Room, with details of 9 m for the front width and 5 m for the rear length. The success rate of the Special Henti Room (RHK) on Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto – Jalan Captain Muslim is categorized as adequate with a value of 1.06% with a ratio of 0.85-1.15. These results show that the success rate of the Special Henti Room (RHK) at the intersection of Jalan Jendral Gatot Subroto - Captain Muslim is more effective and efficient. Thus, the Special Downtime Planning (RHK) is intended to overcome these problems. | en_US |
