Abstract: Respon Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merril) Terhadap Pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) Tanaman Apu – Apu (Pistia stratiotes L.) Dan Berbagai Pembenah Tanah Pada Media Tanah Ultisol”. Di bawah bimbingan Ibu Ir. Ellen L Panggabean, MP selaku ketua pembimbing dan Ibu Ir. Asmah Indrawati, MP selaku anggota pembimbing. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dikebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area (UMA), yang berlokasi di jalan kolam No.1 Medan Estate Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, dengan ketinggian 22 meter diatas permukaan laut (mdpl), topografi datar, jenis tanah Ultisol dan pH 4,94. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan September hingga bulan Desember 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu: 1). Faktor perlakuan pupuk organik cair (POC) tanaman apu-apu (A) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yakni: A0= Tanpa perlakuan POC; A1= 25% POC / 1 liter air; A2= 50% POC / 1 liter air; A3= 75% POC / 1 liter air. 2). Faktor Perlakuan berbagai pembenah tanah (P) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yakni; P0= tanpa perlakuan pembenah tanah; P1= Biochar sekam padi dengan dosis 20 ton/ha (50g/polybag); P2= Pupuk hijau tanaman leguminosa Mucuna bracteata dengan dosis 20 ton/ha (50g/polybag); P3= Limbah rambut manusia dengan dosis 20 ton/ha (50g/polybag), masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 2 (dua) kali. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah cabang (cabang), umur berbunga (hari), jumlah dompolan per tanaman sampel (dompolan), jumlah dompolan per plot (dompolan), jumlah polong per tanaman sampel (polong), jumlah polong per plot (polong), berat biji per tanman sampel (g), berat biji per plot (g), bobot 100 biji kering (g). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, yakni: 1). Pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) apu-apu berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah cabang umur 6 MST, jumlah dompolan per tanaman sampel, jumlah dompolan per plot, jumlah polong per tanaman sampel, jumlah polong per plot, berat biji per tanaman sampel, berat biji perplot dan bobot 100 biji kering. 2). Pemberian berbagai pembenah tanah berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah cabang tanaman umur 4 sampai 6 MST, jumlah dompolan per tanaman sampel, jumlah dompolan per plot, berbeda nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 4 samapi 6 MST, jumlah polong per tanaman sampel, jumlah polong per plot, berat biji per tanaman sampel, berat biji per plot dan bobot 100 biji kering. Response of Growth and Production of Soybean Plants (Glycine max (L.) Merril) against giving of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) Apu - Apu (Pistia stratiotes L.) and Various Soil Conditioners on Ultisol Soil Media”. Under the guidance of Mrs. Ir. Ellen L Panggabean, MP as the head supervisor and Mrs. Ir. Asmah Indrawati, MP as a supervising member. This research was done in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Medan Area (UMA), which is located on Jalan Kolam No.1 Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District, with a height of 22 meters above sea level (masl), plains topography, Ultisol soil type and pH 4, 94. The research was done since September to December 2020. This research was conducted using a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) with two treatment factors, namely: 1). The treatment factor of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) for apu-apu plant (A) which consists of 4 levels, namely: A0 = without POC treatment (control); A1= 25% POC / 1 liter of water; A2= 50% POC / 1 liter of water; A3= 75% POC / 1 liter of water. 2). The treatment factor of various soil conditioner (P) which consists of 4 levels, namely; P0= without soil conditioner treatment (control); P1= Rice husk biochar with a dose of 20 tons/ha (50g/polybag); P2= Green manure for leguminous plants Mucuna bracteata with a dose of 20 tons/ha (50g/polybag); P3= Human hair waste at a dose of 20 tons/ha (50g/polybag), each treatment was repeated 2 (two) times. The parameters observed in this study were plant height (cm), number of branches (branches), flowering age (days), number of bunchs per sample plant (bunch), number of bunchs per plot (bunch), number of pods per sample plant (pods). , number of pods per plot (pods), seed weight per sample plant (g), seed weight per plot (g), weight of 100 dry seeds (g). The results obtained from this study, namely: 1). The application of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) of apu - apu had a significant effect on the number of branches aged 6 WAP, the number of bunchs per sample plant, the number of bunchs per plot, the number of pods per sample plant, the number of pods per plot, seed weight per sample plant, seed weight per plot. and weight of 100 dry seeds. 2). The provision of various soil conditioner had a very significant effect on the number of branches of plants aged 4 to 6 WAP, the number of bunchs per sample plant, the number of bunchs per plot, significantly different to plant height aged 4 to 6 WAP, the number of pods per sample plant, the number of pods per plot, seed weight per sample plant, seed weight per plot and weight of 100 dry seeds.
