dc.description.abstractPermintaan terhadap buah terung terus meningkat sejalan dengan pertambahan penduduk. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan buah terung, dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan produksi tanaman terung. Dalam mengoptimalkan produksi tanaman terung secara berkelanjutan dapat menggunakan bahan organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompos baglog jamur dan pupuk kandang sapi, serta POC sabut kelapa dalam pertumbuhan dan produksi pada tanaman terung ungu. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, yaitu : dosis kompos dan konsentrasi POC. Dosis kompos terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu: K0 = Kontrol pupuk kandang sapi 100%, K1 = Kompos baglog 75% + pupuk kandang sapi 25%, K2 = Kompos baglog 50% + pupuk kandang sapi 50%, K3 = Kompos baglog 25% + pupuk kandang sapi 75%. Sedangkan konsentrasi POC dari 4 taraf, yaitu: P0 = Kontrol (air), P1 = Konsentrasi POC sabut kelapa 10%, P2 = Konsentrasi POC sabut kelapa 20%, P3 = Konsentrasi POC sabut kelapa 30%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian kompos limbah baglog jamur tidak memberikan peningkatan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman terung ungu. Sedangkan pemberian POC sabut kelapa dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman hingga tingkat yang nyata. Pemberian pupuk organik cair sebagai pupuk tambahan dengan konsentrasi 20% memiliki produksi tertinggi The demand for eggplant continues to increase in line with population growth. To meet the needs of eggplant, it can be done by increasing the production of eggplant plants. In optimizing eggplant production in a sustainable manner, organic matter can be used. This study aims to determine the effect of mushroom baglog compost and cow manure, and coconut coir POC on growth and production of purple eggplant. This research method used a factorial randomized block design consisting of 2 factors, namely: compost dose and POC concentration. The compost dose consisted of 4 treatment levels, namely: K0 = 100% cow manure control, K1 = 75% baglog compost + 25% cow manure, K2 = 50% baglog compost + 50% cow manure, K3 = baglog compost 25 % + 75% cow manure. While the POC concentration of 4 levels, namely: P0 = Control (water), P1 = 10% coconut coir POC concentration, P2 = 20% coconut coir POC concentration, P3 = 30% coconut coir POC concentration. The results showed that the addition of mushroom baglog waste compost did not increase the growth and production of purple eggplant. While the provision of coconut coir POC can increase plant height growth to a significant level. The application of liquid organic fertilizer as additional fertilizer with a concentration of 20% had the highest production.en_US
