dc.description.abstract | Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan, selain mendapatkan gaji juga mendapatkan tambahan penghasilan berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Labuhanbatu Selatan Nomor 52 Tahun 2018 tentang Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Pemberian tambahan penghasilan ini dihitung berdasarkan seratus persen dari kehadiran kerja pegawai. Tujuan pemberian tambahan penghasilan adalah untuk mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan tugas dan untuk meningkatkan disiplin serta kesejahteraan pegawai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tambahan penghasilan pegawai terhadap peningkatan kinerja aparatur sipil negara di Setdakab Labuhanbatu Selatan. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisa kuantitatif, dengan format penelitian eksplanasi yaitu penelitian yang ingin melihat hubungan atau korelasi diantara dua variabel yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun pengaruh nya masih berada di angka 50 %, hal tersebut harus lebih ditingkatkan karena hasil yang didapat belumlah maksimal dan perlu mendapatkan perhatian dari pimpinan. Dengan pemberian tambahan penghasilan yang sesuai maka pegawai akan bersungguh-sungguh dan melakukan berbagai upaya agar bisa mencapai hasil kerja yang lebih baik sehingga kinerja nya bisa lebih meningkat, tentu juga akan meningkatkan kinerja instansi. It is noted that civil employee to local government of Labuhanbatu Selatan got salary sufficiently beside it, also allowed to have another additional income under Decree of Bupati Labuhanbatu Selatan No. 52 of 2018 regarding the additional income they may get as local official civil employee. The additional salary is officially formulated in total attendant come to service. Indeed, the objective provided additional salary is to maximize their performance optimally and to improve their discipline daily, also to rise prosperous up they may take in as civil servant. The objective of this study is to determine the influence of additional hiring provided up to all civil employees to increase their performance up to as required, also to improve their discipline as state government to this local government of Setdakab. Labuhanbatu Selatan organization. This study adopted a quantitative analysis with explanatory format, a certain research to obtain a correlation between two variables they are independent variable and independent variable. In this research further obtained that additional hiring provided to those civil servant on Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan has influenced positively to their performance up, but the effect seemly rated 50%, it need to increase more up, the output seemly not maximal yet, should be put attention more by superior in this case, additional income to those civil servants should improve their discipline, own self encouraged to perform, in order to get a better performance and career up accordingly, this perhaps also to improve the image of organization and public service one. | en_US |
