dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Etnografi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui budaya organisasi di PTPN III (PT Perkebunan Nusantara III) Kota Medan. Budaya organisasi mengacu pada sistem makna bersama yang dipegang oleh anggota yang membedakan satu organisasi dari organisasi lain (Robbins & Judge, 2013). Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian mencakup tentang proses pembentukan budaya organisasi baru dan Unsur yang berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan budaya organisasi baru, cara mensosialisasikan budaya organisasi baru kepada karyawan, gambaran budaya organisasi baru setelah terjadinya perubahan, peran budaya orgaisasi baru terhadap karyawan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang yaitu dengan masing –masing satu dari bidang Sdm, Humas dan Lapangan dengan minimal lama kerja 3 tahun. Informan yang ada dalam penelitian ini juga berjumlah tiga orang dengan lama kerja minimal 3 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PTPN III sudah menerapkan budaya organisasi dengan baik. Berdasarkan proses pensosialisasian budaya organisasi baru PTPN dilakukan dengan dimana proses rekrutment budaya organisasi baru dimasukkan sebagai kriteria seleksi yang harus dimiliki sesuai dengan keinginan perusahaan, dan kedua juga diperlangsungkan seperti sosialisasi menggunakan plang, standing, video, morning move on (upacara, dan apel pagi), brifing. Dan juga gambaran budaya organisasi baru itu sudah diterapkan dengan baik di setiap bagian yang diteliti baik itu sinergi, integritas, dan profesional. This study uses a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the organizational culture in PTPN III (PT Perkebunan Nusantara III) Medan City. Organizational culture refers to a system of shared meanings held by members that differentiates one organization from another (Robbins & Judge, 2013). Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The focus of research includes the process of forming a new organizational culture and elements that affect the formation of a new organizational culture, how to socialize the new organizational culture to employees, a picture of the new organizational culture after a change, the role of the new organizational culture on employees. Subjects in this study amounted to 3 people, namely with each one from the fields of Human Resources, Public Relations and the Field with a minimum length of work of 3 years. There are also three informants in this study with a minimum length of work of 3 years. The results showed that PTPN III had implemented a good organizational culture. Based on the process of socializing the new PTPN organizational culture was carried out in which the recruitment process for the new organizational culture was included as a selection criteria that must be owned according to the wishes of the company, and secondly it was also carried out such as socialization using signposts, standing, video, morning move on (ceremonies, and morning apples). , briefings.
