Abstract: | Respon Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Kacang Kedelai Hitam (Glycine soja (L) Merrit) Terhadap Pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair Kolam Limbah Pabrik Kelapa Sawit Dan Kompos Mucuna bracteata”. Dibimbingan oleh bapak Ir.H.Gusmeizal, MP, selaku ketua pembimbing dan bapak Dr.Ir.Tumpal H.S. Siregar, Dipl. Agr, selaku pembimbing II. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 2(dua) kali. Response of Growth and Production of Black Soybeans (Glycine soja (L) Merrit) to Application of Liquid Organic Fertilizer for Palm Oil Mill Waste Ponds and Mucuna bracteata Compost". Supervised by Mr. Ir.H.Gusmeizal,MP, as the head supervisor and Mr. Dr.Ir.Tumpal HS Siregar, Dipl. Agr, as supervisor II. This study aims to determine the response of growth and production of black soybean (Glycine soja (L) Merrit) to the application of liquid organic fertilizer for palm oil mill waste ponds and Mucuna bracteata compost, which was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Medan Area (UMA), which is located on Jalan Pond. No. 1 Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District, with an altitude of 22 meters above sea level (MDPL), flat topography, alluvial soil type and pH 6,32. This research was carried out from September to January 2021. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with two treatment factors, namely: 1) Treatment factor of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) of palm oil mill effluent (L) with 4 levels, and 2) treatment factor Mucuna bracteata (M) compost consisting of 4 levels. Each treatment was repeated 2 (two) times. The parameters observed in this study were: plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), number of branches (branches), age at flowering (DAT), number of pods per sample (pods), number of pods per plot (pods), observation of pods per sample plant (g), pod weight per plot (g), seed weight per sample plant (g), seed weight per plot (g), weight of 100 dry seeds (g), weight of wet stover plant (g), dry weight (g), root length (cm), fresh root weight (g). The results obtained from this study, namely: 1) Application of liquid organic fertelizer from palm oil mill effluent had a very significant effect on root lenght and fresh root weight, significantly affected pod weight per sample. 2) The application of Mucuna bracteata compost had a very significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, number of pods per sample, pod weight per sample, pod weight per plot, seed weight per sample, plant wet stover, significantly affected the number of pods per plot, weight of seeds per plot, dry stover, root length and weight of fresh roots. 3) The combination of liquid organic fertilizer from palm oil mill waste and Mucuna bracteata compost had a significant effect on the number of pods per sample, pod weight per plot, and seed weight per plot |
