Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Aparatur Sipil Negara di Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Balige Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis Pengaruh Penerapan Motivasi Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Peningkatan Efektivitas ASN Di Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Balige Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian (1) Penerapan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas . Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil analisis uji signifikansi secara parsial (Uji t) diperoleh nilai t_hitung untuk variabel Motivasi Kerja sebesar 4,504 dengan nilai sig 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai t_hitung lebih besar dari nilai t_tabel 1,98350. dan nilai sig lebih kecil daripada 0,05. (2)Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas . Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil analisis uji signifikansi secara parsial (Uji t) diperoleh nilai t_hitung untuk variabel Kemampuan Kerja sebesar 6,578 dengan nilai sig 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai t_hitung lebih besar dari nilai t_tabel 1,98350. dan nilai sig lebih kecil daripada 0,05. (3) Penerapan Motivasi Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja secara bersama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas . Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai Ry(1,2) sebesar 0, 647 yang bernilai positif. Hal ini menandakan bahwa Penerapan Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Efektivitas . Nilai koefisien determinasi X1, X2 terhadap Y (R2 ) sebesar 0,418 yang artinya Penerapan Motivasi Kerja memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 41,8% terhadap Efektivitas . Hal ini juga diperkuat hasil uji F diperoleh harga Fhitung sebesar 36,672 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 2,69 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis inferensial menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi = 17,208 + 0,214 + 0,381 + , dengan koefisien determinasi R2 = 0,418. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Motivasi Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja secara bersama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas ASN Di Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Balige Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The purpose of the study was to analyze the Effect of The Application of Work Motivation and Work Capability on The Improvement of ASN Effectiveness in the Branch of The Balige Education Office of North Sumatra Province. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study (1) The application of work motivation has a significant effect on effectiveness. This is evidenced by the results of partial significance test analysis (Uji t) obtained t_hitung value for the Variable Work Motivation of 4,504 with a sig value of 0.000. This indicates that the t_hitung value is greater than the t_tabel value of 1.98350. and the sig value is less than 0.05. (2) Work Capability has a significant effect on Effectiveness. This is evidenced by the results of partial significance test analysis (Test t) obtained t_hitung value for variable Work Capability of 6,578 with a sig value of 0.000. This indicates that the t_hitung value is greater than the t_tabel value of 1.98350. and the sig value is less than 0.05. 3) The application of Work Motivation and Work Capability together has a significant effect on Effectiveness. Based on the results of the analysis obtained ry value (1,2) of 0.647 which is positive. This indicates that the Application of Work Motivation has a positive influence on effectiveness. The coefficient of determination X1, X2 to Y (R2) is 0.418 which means that the Application of Work Motivation has an influence contribution of 41.8% to the Effectiveness of This was also reinforced by the F test result obtained by Fcalca price of 36,672 greater than Ftabel by 2.69 at a significance level of 5%. The results of the inferential analysis show that the regression equation Y=17,208+0.214X_1+0.381X_2+ε, with a coefficient of determination R2 = 0.418. So it can be concluded that the application of work motivation and work capability together has a significant effect on the Effectiveness of ASN in the Branch Of Education Office Balige North Sumatra Province
