Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan antisosial pada narapidana anak di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas 1 Tanjung Gusta Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang narapidana. Peneitian ini menggunakan skala antisosial yang terdiri dari 8 indikator yaitu aturan, perhatian, dukungan, sekolah, rumah masyarakat, traumatis dan emosi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Untuk menguji analisis faktor yang diajukan dilakukan dengan menggunakan tekhnik F%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan pada karyawan tetap memberikan kontribusi terbesar adalah faktor lingkungan yaitu sebesar 0,894 atau 34,05%, dan faktor individu memberikan kontribusi terhadap perilaku antisosial pada narapidana yaitu sebesar 0,878 atau 33,43%, sedangkan yang terendah pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku antisosial adalah faktor pola asuh yaitu sebesar 0,854 atau 32,52%. This study aims to see what factors cause antisocialism in child prisoners at the Tanjung Gusta Class 1 Special Development Institute for Children in Medan, North Sumatra Province. The sample in this study was 30 prisoners. This research uses an antisocial scale consisting of 8 indicators, namely rules, attention, support, school, community house, traumatic and emotional. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale. To test the proposed factor analysis was done using the F% technique. Based on the results of data analysis carried out on employees, the biggest contribution was environmental factors, which amounted to 0.894 or 34.05%, and individual factors contributed to antisocial behavior in prisoners, namely 0.878 or 33.43%, while the lowest was the is a parenting factor that is equal to 0.854 or 32.52%. |
