dc.description.abstract | Tungku pembakaran adalah sebuah alat yang dirancang sebagai tempat terjadinya proses pembakaran sehingga bahan bakar dapat digunakan untuk memanaskan sesuatu. Tungku dapat digunakan untuk memanaskan ruangan atau untuk memasak, tungku untuk memasak dibedakan atas tungku pemasak tradisional dan tungku pemasak modern. Dengan penelitian ini dikembangkan disain tungku yang lebih efisien dan rendah polusi.Dalam penelitian ini digunakan tungku dengan dinding tungku dari beton cor semen dan batu tahan api. Pengujian tungku dilakukan dengan temperatur tungku (350°C) menggunakan bahan bakar kayu. Dari hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa pemanasan air dengan bejana (29 cm) dan kayu kering menghasilkan laju perpindahann panas (4.507,356 w/m ) efisiensi terbaik bahan bakar kayu yang di gunakan selelama 5 jam (185 kg) .Dari pengujian tersebut diatas, tungku dinding beton cor semen dengan tungku tradisional mempunyai efisiensi 4,33 %. Mengkaji data pengujian yang dihasilkan tungku ini layak digunaan The furnace is a device designed as a place for the combustion process to occur so that fuel can be used to heat something. With this research, a furnace design that is more efficient and low in pollution was developed. In this study, a furnace with furnace walls made of cement-cast concrete and refractory stone was used. The furnace test was carried out at a furnace temperature (350°C ) using wood fuel. From the test results it is known that heating water with a vessel (29 cm) and dry wood produces the best heat transfer rate (4.507,356 w/ m ) efficiency wood fuel used for 5 hours (185 kg) From the above tests, the cement-cast concrete wall furnace with the traditional furnace has an efficiency of 4,33 %.
